REMOVED AND REPLACED PRESSURE LINE WITH NEW. INSTALLED NEW SERP BELT TENSIONER. AFTER REPAIRS FILLED P/S SYSTEM WITH NEW FLUID AND CHECKED FOR LEAKS. NO OTHER LEAKS FOUND AT THIS TIME. *TRUCK WAS TOWED IN TO THE SHOP AND WAS NOT DRIVEN UNTIL REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. ON TEST DRIVE WE FOUND ENGINE TO BE MISS FIRING AND TRANSMISSION SHIFTS FLARE FROM 2-3 & 3-4.

CRANK/NO START – VEHICLE WAS ACTING LIKE IT WAS FLOODED, CRANKED ENGINE IN "CLEAR FLOOD" AND AFTER A FEW CRANKS ENGINE STARTED- NO MISFIRES. FUEL PRESSURE IS GOOD, SPARK IS GOOD AND AIR FILTER IS CLEAN. FOUND PURGE VALVE NOT SEALING/LEAKING VACUUM. FUEL TANK IS FULL- REC REPLACE PURGE VALVE-
REMOVE AND REPLACE PURGE VALVE WITH NEW
PERFORM FULL SERVICE OIL CHANGE
REMOVE AND REPLACE BOTH FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARMS WITH NEW
REMOVE AND REPLACE FRONT SWAY BAR LINKS WITH NEW PARTS. PARTS WERE UNDER WARRANTY
FOUND RIGHT REAR LATERAL LINK WORN WHILE DOING ALIGNMENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW.
